Washington University – St. Louis: South 40 Campus Scope: This eight year project consists of replacing 15 existing 1960 vintage dormitories with new state of the art dorms and increasing the bed count by building vertical with metal stud load bearing structures, and increasing the density of the buildings on this part of the campus. The project was started in 2008 and currently has two phases complete. The new buildings are five and six story buildings. Our scope includes the factory fabrication of the load bearing metal stud walls, and floor systems, and the prefabrication of the roof truss system including all decking."
